What is this funny little thing you may ask. Well you're in luck cause I'm about tot ell you. It is probably one of the greatest inventions ever invented. Before I got one of these I avoided using my wide-mouthed Nalgene bottle cause every time I did I ended up spilling liquid all down my front. Not the most attractive way to wear your shirt. However, my life has been changed. I now have a "Splash Guard" and am back to using my Nalgene. It does an amazing job at preventing any spills even when I'm walking or spinning. Spin. So. Hard. Yet. So. Fun. I am basically out of breath just writing this. The instructor is hardcore which means an intense workout. I suggest trying it sometime. It is SO much better than running on a treadmill.
PowerBars are usually gross right? Not these ones! Delicious! I love them. Oh and the best part besides their taste? 10g of protein.
Some would argue with me that these are gross, but I think they're num-num. Totally worth the 0 calories ;) Try them and let me know what you think yo!
My new phone. The Blackberry Curve 8520 now with the new track pad brought to you by RIM. Sadly my old phone is MIA. However, I love this phone just as much. It really helps me keep my life in order with it's user friendly calendar and to-do list.
